Hubungan Tingkat Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Kemampuan Motorik Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstrak
Aktivitas fisik berperan penting dalam perkembangan kemampuan motorik anak, namun pada siswa sekolah dasar tingkat aktivitas fisik, khususnya intensitas sedang hingga tinggi, masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan kemampuan motorik siswa sekolah dasar. Sampel berjumlah 90 siswa (45 laki-laki dan 45 perempuan) yang dipilih menggunakan proportional random sampling. Aktivitas fisik diukur menggunakan Accelerometer dan kemampuan motorik menggunakan Test of Gross Motor Development. Secara deskriptif, laki-laki memiliki nilai lebih tinggi pada moderate (62,8 ± 18,6 vs 54,2 ± 16,3), vigorous (28,6 ± 10,4 vs 21,5 ± 8,7), MVPA (91,4 ± 24,7 vs 75,7 ± 20,1), dan object control (43,2 ± 3,8 vs 40,2 ± 2,9). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada vigorous (t = 3,51; p = 0,001), MVPA (t = 3,34; p = 0,001), object control (t = 4,23; p < 0,001), dan total TGMD (t = 2,95; p = 0,004). Aktivitas fisik berkorelasi positif dengan kemampuan motorik, terutama vigorous dengan object control (r = 0,521; p < 0,001). Regresi menunjukkan vigorous sebagai prediktor terkuat (β = 0,332; p = 0,001) dengan kontribusi 21,3% (R² = 0,213). Disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas fisik intensitas sedang hingga tinggi meningkatkan kemampuan motorik siswa sekolah dasar.
