All manuscripts submitted to this journal undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure academic quality and relevance to the journal’s scope. The journal implements a double-blind peer review system, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Each submitted manuscript will first be evaluated by the Editorial Team to ensure its conformity with the journal’s focus, scope, and author guidelines. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.

Reviewers assess the manuscript based on originality, methodological soundness, theoretical contribution, clarity of analysis, and relevance to the journal’s objectives. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Editor will make one of the following decisions:

  • Accept without revision

  • Accept with minor revisions

  • Accept with major revisions

  • Reject

Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments within the specified timeframe. The Editorial Team reserves the right to make minor editorial changes without altering the substance of the manuscript.

The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief. Accepted articles will be scheduled for publication in the upcoming issue (April or November) according to the publication timeline.
