Abstract
Health Law encompasses all legal provisions directly related to health care/services. This concerns the rights and obligations of individuals and communities to receive health services, as well as the provision of health services in all its aspects. The politics of health law is the science and art of championing public health within a region, through a system of public administration and a healthy environment as a whole. Achieving this goal requires power. With this power, pro-people policies will be created to ensure public health. Therefore, to create optimal public health, various regulations are needed to serve as guidelines for health workers and the wider community, ensuring a healthy atmosphere and environment.Health law issues are fundamentally political. Therefore, solving health problems requires political commitment. Currently, there is still a perception that population health plays a minor role in socio-economic development.Political change is a double-edged sword for health law. Several major challenges affecting this sector, as well as several sources of dynamism, arise from decentralization.
